Program Details
Volunteers typically arrive during designated weeks for a group training and orientation session. During your stay, Project Hope provides supportive community and shared accommodation. Volunteers are responsible for contributing to the cost of their housing. Other daily and travel costs are the volunteer’s responsibility, though living costs in Palestine are generally low.
Project Hope is known for being a well-organized and trustworthy organization. It provides an opportunity to work alongside and learn from local Palestinians and to gain a firsthand understanding of the region. Many volunteers find the experience deeply rewarding, not only for the impact they have on the community but also for the insight they gain into the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and the resilience of the Palestinian people. The organization also offers free Arabic language classes to aid in cultural immersion.
